GLASGOW, Ky. — A Bowling Green man faces multiple misdemeanor charges after authorities say he was involved in a police pursuit early Wednesday that included at least three juveniles.

Kemar T. Wilson, 21, was a passenger in a white Toyota Tundra registered to him, according to an arrest citation. Authorities said three juveniles were also inside the vehicle.

Juvenile faces multiple charges after fleeing Glasgow officers
Police did not release the juvenile’s name because of the individual’s age.

The pursuit began after the driver allegedly fled from a traffic stop attempted by the Glasgow Police Department. The chase traveled through Glasgow before ending along Interstate 65 in Warren County.

According to the citation, Wilson told Kentucky State Police that he purchased alcohol and provided it to the three juveniles, including the juvenile who was driving during the pursuit.

Police said Wilson also admitted he was too intoxicated to drive and allowed the juvenile to operate his vehicle.

Wilson was charged with third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, assisting a minor with the purchase of alcohol, permitting an unlicensed person to drive a motor vehicle and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

He was jailed in Barren County and is expected to appear for arraignment in district court on Thursday, July 2.
