Food drive to benefit local families set for Sept. 2-5
Organizers said every donation will help provide food to local families in the community.
GLASGOW, Ky. — A local food pantry is asking Glasgow residents to help stock its shelves and provide food to families in need during a food drive this week.
Dr. Mody’s To The Brim Food Pantry, a division of Community Relief Fund, will host a food drive Sept. 2-5.
Residents can donate nonperishable food items or purchase a $10 pre-packaged donation bag at participating locations:
- Houchens South Gate, 619 S.L. Rogers Wells Blvd.
- Ruler Foods, 374 N.L. Rogers Wells Blvd.
- Walmart, 2345 Happy Valley Rd.
Organizers said every donation will help provide food to local families in the community.
Monetary donations can also be mailed to Community Relief Fund at 306 YMCA Way, Glasgow.
