GLASGOW, Ky. — The Glasgow Water Company is seeking bids for a project to replace the roof at the Lucas Water Treatment Plant.

GWC will accept sealed bids for the project until 11:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that time at the GWC office, 301 W. Main St., Glasgow.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Lucas WTP Roof Bid.”

Bidding documents will be available beginning Friday, Aug. 21, at the Glasgow Water Company office. Documents can be obtained from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until the bid deadline.

Digital copies of the bidding documents will also be available upon request.

Only prospective bidders who obtain the bidding documents directly from GWC will be registered as official bidders, according to a legal notice.

Late bids will not be accepted or returned.
