GLASGOW, Ky. — A Glasgow woman was sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple sexual offenses involving four children, according to the Barren County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.

Felicia Pyanowski was sentenced Sept. 30 in Barren County Circuit Court. She pleaded guilty in June in exchange for a recommended 30-year sentence, according to a news release issued Friday.

Pyanowski must serve at least 20 years before becoming eligible for parole. She also waived her right to appeal the sentence as part of her guilty plea, the release said.

Pyanowski had been indicted by a Barren County grand jury on several sexual offenses, including rape, sodomy and incest, involving four children.

Commonwealth’s Attorney John Gardner said he was pleased Pyanowski accepted responsibility, allowing the children involved to avoid the stress and additional trauma of testifying at trial.

The case was investigated by Glasgow Police Department Capt. Jabin McGuire and prosecuted by the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.

The trial of Pyanowski’s co-defendant, Damon Dobbs, of Indianapolis, Indiana, is scheduled to begin Jan. 13, 2027, according to the release.
