EDMONTON, Ky. — A Bowling Green man has been indicted on allegations that he used a company credit card to purchase more than $5,000 worth of gasoline for his personal vehicle over a five-month period.

Nicholaus C. Kruse, 28, was charged by a Metcalfe County grand jury with fraudulent use of a credit card involving an amount of $1,000 or more but less than $10,000.

According to the indictment, Kruse used a company credit card belonging to Golden Years Transport to purchase $5,128.79 in gasoline for his personal vehicle without the company’s consent.

The alleged offenses occurred in Metcalfe County between Nov. 5, 2025, and April 7, 2026.

An indictment is an allegation of wrongdoing, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
