GLASGOW, Ky. — Barren County Schools will celebrate the opening of a new indoor golf facility at Barren County High School with a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, May 15.

The event will include a light meal and tours of the new 1,000-square-foot facility, which was designed to support student-athletes in the BCHS and BCMS golf programs.

According to district officials, the facility includes a 255-inch golf simulator screen, 4K resolution technology, an indoor putting station and year-round training opportunities for players.

District leaders, coaches, student-athletes and community supporters are expected to attend the ceremony celebrating the new addition and its impact on athletic development opportunities for students.
