Susan J. Crumpton, 75, of Cave City, passed away Monday, April 13, 2026, at her residence.
A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of the late Alton and Virginia Kidd Walker. Susan was a retired CNA at NHC Healthcare Center in Glasgow; a member of the Kentucky Motorcycle Association; and a member of the City of Hope at Horse Cave.
Survivors include her husband, Philip A. Crumpton; three daughters: Sherry Wooten, Melissa Spencer, and Brandy Polston (Stephanie); three sisters: Nancy Roy, Brenda Russell (Cecil), and Kathy Walker (Mike); nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Stevie Wooten; and one brother, David Walker.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, with burial in the Lick Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continue Friday morning at the funeral home.
