GLASGOW, Ky. — A Denver-based Asian eatery is coming to Glasgow.

Businessman Larry Glass announced Monday that Teriyaki Madness will locate next to Jersey Mike’s in the Barren River Plaza. The restaurant is expected to open by the end of the year.

“Teriyaki Madness is a fast-growing national restaurant brand known for its fresh, bold, made-to-order Asian-inspired bowls, chicken, steak, shrimp, noodles, rice, and incredible community,” Glass said.

The chain’s website also lists several “coming soon” locations, including Murray and Nicholasville, Kentucky. Teriyaki Madness has over 130 shops in three countries.

“We are thankful to continue bringing new businesses, new opportunities, and more dining options to Glasgow and Barren County,” he said.

The Asian restaurant’s arrival comes alongside the recent opening of Mex House, a Mexican eatery located near Ollie’s in Glasgow.
