The 161.8-acre Johnson property, located off Cleveland Avenue, was purchased by the city in 2024 to guide the future development of one of Glasgow’s largest remaining undeveloped tracts.
The project is planned for a 15.2-acre site owned by the city of Park City at 351 W. Dixie St., near Kentucky 255 and within a mile of I-65.
Developers are targeting a mid-spring 2027 reopening.
Developers and some local elected leaders have advocated for the projects, pointing to a potential boon in local tax revenue.
