Over the next year, the city council plans to research the issue and gather community input on data centers, with plans underway to form a committee to study the issue further.

City Attorney Bobby Richardson is also scheduled to make a statement, though the agenda does not specify the topic.

The meeting is set for 5 p.m. at City Hall. Members of the public may attend most portions of the meeting, although council members are expected to enter a closed session, as permitted by law, to discuss the pending litigation.
