Cave City expands EV charging with eight new fast chargers

CAVE CITY, Ky. — Electric vehicle drivers now have a new place to recharge in Cave City.
The Cave City Welcome Center has added eight Tesla Superchargers, providing travelers with a fast-charging option just off Interstate 65.
According to the Cave City Tourism, the chargers can recharge a compatible electric vehicle from about 20% to 80% in roughly 25 minutes.
Despite the name, officials said the charging stations are compatible with all electric vehicles, not just Teslas.
