GLASGOW, Ky. — Contracts have officially been signed for a new T.J. Regional Health facility in Smiths Grove, marking a major milestone for the $11.4 million project that will expand healthcare access in Warren County.

The agreements were finalized during a meeting between CEO Neil Thornbury and Matt Gumm, vice president of business development, according to Alliance Corporation.

The planned 16,000-square-foot facility will be the organization’s first location in Warren County and is expected to bring a range of services closer to residents, including primary care, diagnostic services and specialty care.

The project also includes a drive-thru model designed to provide patients with faster and more convenient access to routine healthcare services.

“We’re proud to partner on a project that’s going to serve this community in a meaningful way,” Alliance said.

According to T.J., the new clinic will feature state-of-the-art treatment rooms, an advanced diagnostic suite for testing and imaging, a drive-thru health hub and a dedicated naturopathic suite designed for holistic and wellness-based care.
